Elegant bar with a long black countertop, bottles of liquor and glasses, and bar tools. There are bar stools along the counter, artwork on the walls, and warm lighting.

Our Story

Bruno's is a full-service ultra-lounge and live entertainment venue bringing its music, nightlife, and hospitality back to San Francisco's Mission District. Our programming features nightly live performances from local and touring musicians and DJs, creating a consistent home for Bay Area talent and a destination for great nights out. Beyond our nightlife calendar, Bruno's hosts a thriving private events business — from corporate functions to milestone celebrations — serving both our Mission neighbors and the greater Bay Area.

More than an event space, Bruno's is part of a broader commitment to revitalizing Mission Street. With a fully renovated building and our iconic sign once again lighting up the block, we're proud to restore a legacy venue while creating space for the next generation to discover it. We partner closely with neighborhood organizations, nonprofits, and local restaurants and vendors to ensure Bruno's reflects the creativity, culture, and community that make the Mission special.
